Job Description – CA- Valuation
· Understanding client business models
· Analyzing client’s historical and projected financial information
· Peer analysis, industry analysis and working on valuation multiples
· Preparing financial and valuation models
· Deal analysis including of start-ups
· Preparing valuation reports and client presentations
· Valuing businesses and equity for purposes ranging from strategic investments/exits, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory filings, financial reporting, etc.
· Valuing intangible assets and exotic financial instruments including derivatives
· Carrying out detailed market research for internal use and external publications
