Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our Steadyincome team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing detailed information about our products, and driving conversions through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Steadyincome’s financial products.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and processes effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance or Business Administration is a plus).
  • Proven experience in telesales or a related role (preferably in financial services).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections confidently.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication systems.
  • Basic understanding of financial products, particularly Fixed Income and Alternative Investments.
