Job Description
Franchisee Manager – KRA (Stock Broking & Commodity)
Franchisee Acquisition: Onboard and expand franchisee / sub-broker network
Revenue Growth: Drive brokerage, AUM, and cross-sell (MF, PMS, Insurance)
Activation & Productivity: Ensure partners are active and generating business
Relationship Management: Maintain strong engagement and resolve issues
Sales Execution: Achieve targets across equity, derivatives, and other products
Training & Support: Train partners on products, platforms, and sales strategies
Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI and exchange regulations
MIS & Reporting: Track performance and share regular business insights
Marketing Support: Drive local campaigns, events, and lead generation
Target per month
Franchisee Acquisition: 3–4 new onboardings
Active Franchisees: ≥ 70–80% activation
Revenue Target:
AUM Growth
Client Acquisition: 50 to 100 new clients via partners
Cross-Sell:
- MF / PMS / Insurance business contribution
