Deval Sheth

A company secretary and chartered accountant by qualification, Mr. Deval Sheth started his career with Cellulose Products Ltd., and later on joined the financial service sector. With experience of more than 20 years, Mr. Sheth blends sharp analytical prowess with an ability of practical execution.

As the Director of Strategy, he not only brings capital markets acumen but also ensures the successful implementation of the strategic roadmap.

Group Head- Legal & Compliance

Atul Choksi

Mr. Atul Chokshi is a veteran in the securities market with over 40 years of experience in client servicing, operations, compliance and systems. Over his long career, he has studied the functioning of developed markets and acquired some niche skills in securities market laws and regulations.

He has been associated with Kunvarji and guiding Kunvarjians since last 16 years. He represents Kunvarji before all regulatory authorities and in proceedings before various legal forums.

Jay Deliwala

Mr. Jay Deliwala brings over a decade of rich and varied experience across commodities, currencies, financial services, and real estate. Mr. Deliwala leads the real estate vertical at Kunvarji, driving innovation and success.

Leading the real estate vertical, Mr. Deliwala has not only laid its strong foundation but has also pioneered groundbreaking models. His visionary approach and relentless dedication have been instrumental in driving success and setting new benchmarks in the real estate sector.

Anshumann Anand

Mr. Anshuman Anand is a dynamic leader with a proven track record across media, data solutions, and global Agri-commodities. He began his professional journey with Network18 as Regional Head, driving strategic growth and regional operations, before moving to Ticker Ltd as Chief Business Officer, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s business intelligence and data-driven platforms.

At present, as Director – Global Agri & Commodities at Kunvarji Comtrade Retail Pvt. Ltd., Anshuman leads the company’s entire vertical encompassing peanuts, spices, rice, pulses, and value-added agro products, steering both domestic and international business operations.

Having travelled to over 40 countries, he brings a global outlook and deep market understanding to the Agri-commodity landscape — combining strategic foresight, execution excellence, and innovation to build scalable, value-driven trade ecosystems.

Manoj Singh is a transformative insurance leader with 22+ years of experience across Agency, Bancassurance, Corporate Agency & Broking, and Group Business. Formerly with ICICI Prudential, PNB MetLife, and Generali, he now leads Armourr Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. as Business Head, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Vinay Agarwal has over 22 years of diverse experience in the insurance and financial services sector. This includes stints with industry leaders such as Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Kotak Life, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

As the Director of Armourr Insurance Broking Private Limited, he leverages his expertise to drive business growth, product strategy, and operational excellence. He is passionate about investing in his team’s development as well as scaling insurance startups. He is also an IRDAI designated Principal Officer.

With nearly 28 years of distinguished experience in banking and financial services, Neel has held leadership roles across geographies with premier institutions such as HDFC Bank and Axis Bank.

Neel brings a deep & diverse expertise in Capital & Commodity Markets, Derivatives, Equities, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk, and Business Development.

Vaibhav Acharya

Mr. Vaibhav Acharya brings 16+ years of experience across energy, financial services, advisory, and technology sectors. With background experience of being associated with industry leaders like KPMG, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, and Torrent Power, Mr. Vaibhav excels in strategy, project execution, and operational stability.

At Kunvarji, he leads strategy and operations for all the verticals, driving the lifecycle of current and new business initiatives. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and exploring new food joints.

Mr. Harmit Acharya represents the 3rd generation of the Kunvarji family and brings an exceptional fusion of entrepreneurial spirit, legacy and an innovative mindset. Having completed his master's in marketing from Queen Mary University of London, Mr. Acharya heralds a new era of leadership.

He closely works across all the business vertical to bring about scale, size and sustainability. He is passionate about the real estate sector and believes in the transformative power of this sector on the country’s growth path.

Manoj Bhandari

MR. Manoj Bhandari is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience. A fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Commerce Graduate, he brings extensive expertise in Capital Markets, Stock Exchanges, Compliance, Inspection, Regulatory, and Company Secretarial domains to Kunvarji.

Before joining Kunvarji, Mr. Bhandari held key positions at Religare Commodities Pvt. Ltd., Arihant Capital Markets Ltd., Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange Ltd., and Indira Securities Pvt. Ltd.

Amit Bhargava

Mr. Amit Bhargava is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of experience, holding senior positions in organizations with 5,000 to 50,000 employees. Mr. Bhargava has worked across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, BFSI, Engineering, and Logistics, in regions such as the Indian subcontinent, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.

He is business-savvy and result-oriented, establishing HR functions as central to business operations. As a certified Hogan Coach (Singapore), he has helped executives enhance their careers. He specializes in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and complex restructuring and organizational change in Asia-Pacific and India.
