Director

With a background in finance and investment function, Mr Haren Sheth has driven Uniquest's global expansion using data-driven strategies. Simultaneously, at Kunvarji, his expertise in insurance and risk management has led to tailored solutions for emerging sectors. Mr Sheth's client-focused approach, industry relationships, and unwavering commitment characterize his impactful contributions to both the companies. In his advisory capacity, he guides Kunvarji leadership team with his deep domain understanding and sharp business acumen.

Deval Sheth

Director - Strategy

A Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Sheth started his career with Cellulose Products Ltd., and later on joined the financial service sector. With an experience of more than 20 years, Mr. Sheth blends sharp analytical prowess with an ability of practical execution. who has built an acumen for capital markets. As the Director of Strategy, he not only brings capital markets acumen but also ensures the successful implementation of the strategic roadmap.

Atul Chokshi

Group Head – Legal & Compliance

Mr Atul Chokshi is a veteran in securities market with over 40 years of experience in client servicing, operations, compliance and systems. Over his long career, he has studied the functioning of developed markets and acquired some niche skills in securities market laws and regulations. He has been associated with Kunvarji Group since last 16 years. He represents Kunvarji Group before all Regulatory Authorities and in proceedings before various legal forums.

Bhavin Mehta

Director

Bhavin Mehta, a postgraduate in International Business, has over 20 years of experience in commodity trading in physical and derivatives, international business, and logistics. He has been instrumental in driving the commodity and ancillary businesses at Kunvarji. Passionate about business success, he is highly committed towards achieving organizational goals and has also played a key role in implementing principles of Corporate Governance within the company.

Jay Deliwala

Director - Real Estate

Mr. Jay Deliwala brings over a decade of rich and varied experience across commodities, currencies, financial services, and real estate. Mr. Deliwala leads the real estate vertical at Kunvarji, driving innovation and success. Leading the real estate vertical, Mr. Deliwala has not only laid its strong foundation but has also pioneered groundbreaking models. His visionary approach and relentless dedication have been instrumental in driving success and setting new benchmarks in the real estate sector.

Sudhir Pawar

Group CHRO

Mr Pawar brings deep domain expertise in HR practices across industry verticals like Manufacturing, Hospitality, Financial Services, KPO and Education. With an active professorial legacy at leading institutes like the Indian Institute of Science & Management and JJ College of Arts and Science, and over 30 years of experience in business transformation and leadership at organizations like GEPIL, Azure and The Kansa Group, he is spearheading HR Business Process change at Kunvarji.

Atul Kamdar

Group CIO

Atul Kamdar is an industry veteran with over 30 years of technology experience. As the Group CIO at Kunvarji, he is spearheading the technological transformation. Prior to Kunvarji, he was the MD and CTO of a US-based FinTech company in India. He has served at the top management for a significant number of years in various companies. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Science, an M.S. in Computer Science, and an MBA in Systems and Marketing. With certifications like Certified Enterprise Architect.

Vaibhav Acharya

Group COO

Vaibhav Acharya brings 16+ years of experience across Energy, Financial Services, Advisory, and Technology sectors. With a background at industry leaders like KPMG, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, and Torrent Power, he excels in strategy, project execution, and operational stability. At Kunvarji, Vaibhav leads Strategy and Operations for all group companies, driving the lifecycle of current and new business initiatives. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and exploring new food joints.

Manan Parikh

Director

Manan Parikh is a qualified CA and CS with over 10 years of experience in Accounts and Audit, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Financial Control, and Strategic Planning for leading technology companies. He oversees the Finance, Accounts and Statutory Compliance at Kunvarji. During his 8 years with Kunvarji, he has made significant contributions to the organization, leveraging his expertise in financial planning, compliance, organic growth, profitability, and tax matters.

Harmit Acharya

Director

Harmit represents the third generation of the Kunvarji family and brings an exceptional fusion of entrepreneurial spirit, legacy and an innovative mindset. Having completed his Masters in Marketing from Queen Mary University of London, Harmit heralds a new era of leadership. He closely works across businesses to bring about scale, size and sustainability. He’s passionate about Real Estate sector and believes in the transformative power of this sector on the country’s growth path.

Daljit Kaur

Administration Head

Ms Daljit Kaur brings to Kunvarji, a diverse experience spanning across industries like insurance, telecom, hospitality, and KPO. With close to 15 years of rich experience in managing and streamlining operations, she has previously worked with the likes of Vodafone, Future Generali, Bajaj Alliance and Neesa Group. At Kunvarji for the last 9 years, she currently heads the administration function. Adept at overseeing and optimizing administrative processes, she ensures a smooth passage for every business and division at Kunvarji.
