Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the fixed income product to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and retail investors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of product.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial and investment sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market trends and customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales management, specifically within fixed income, financial services, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, instruments, and regulations (e.g., bonds).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the investment space.
- Strong understanding of fixed income products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
