Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the fixed income product to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and retail investors.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial and investment sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, specifically within fixed income, financial services, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, instruments, and regulations (e.g., bonds).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the investment space.
  • Strong understanding of fixed income products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
