Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, build personas, and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts effectively.
• Develop high-quality visual assets, including icons, logos, illustrations, and marketing materials, to support both product and brand needs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Contribute to design guidelines and ensure consistency across projects, maintaining the brands visual identity.
• Participate in usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on design solutions based on user insights.
• Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design processes and output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work and creative visual solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other UI/UX software.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles, as well as basic knowledge of web and mobile limitations.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, including usability and accessibility standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and articulate design ideas.
