Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and understand client needs, presenting tailored financial solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into clients and expanding the company\'s market presence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share insights, strategies, and support for achieving collective goals.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelors degree.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the financial sector, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to address client needs and provide solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
