Job Description

  • Acquisition & Servicing of Mass Affluent Segment customers
  • Managing the Mass Affluent Segment customers of the Wealth Solutions Vertical – Broking & Distribution
  • Familiar with trading requirements of Mass Affluent Segment.
  • Extremely eloquent and polished in approach and has a good market knowledge and depth to hold meaningful discussions with AMC, Fund managers and clients alike
  • Acquiring new customers through referrals, meet ups, events and client calls and any other suitable medium – offline or online
  • Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the Mass Affluent Segment relationships.
  • Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
  • Ensuring the highest levels of service to the Mass Affluent customers
  • Providing Financial planning & Investment Advisory across all possible investment avenues and product / services as per the client need
  • One point contact for all requirements of Mass Affluent Segment customers
  • Work in close co-ordination with research to gain a deep understanding of the chosen assets to see how the risks come together to impact the investor\\\'s wealth and makes various product offerings to ensure maximum returns
  • Build the AUM Book and steady brooking book to ensure sustained upfront and trail income in line with company targets and business plans and framework
  • Ensure client longevity through relationship based and sound broking practices being followed with right balance if investing vs trading outlook
  • Portfolio review capabilities and suggest best possible asset allocation mix including fund allocation of trading vs other distribution products
  • To provide regular updates to the clients regarding the market changes and subsequent changes to the portfolio
  • Achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability
  • Attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated in the clients mapped
  • Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs
  • Cross-Sell of Third-party investment products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS & Structured products and other group products


Skills –

  • Team handling experience
  • Sound understanding of productivity, employee performance, sales matrix in financial services domain
  • Well established client & employee network in the market
  • Rounded thinking to motivate team for performance-based working/incentives
  • Work ex – 3+ years min work ex with a decent AUM and having worked for min 2-3 years in a single company preferably.


  • Candidate preferred from – Brooking outfits (full-service brokers), Private Bankers, Wealth RM, Niche Boutique Wealth management firms/Distribution Groups
