Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Office Executive to handle front desk operations, provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors; manage calls and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and reception area
- Manage courier dispatches, office supplies, and stationery
- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and reimbursements
- Update records and prepare basic admin/MIS reports
Requirements:
- 12th Pass with good experience / Graduate in any stream
- 6 Months –2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Basic MS Office/Excel
- Good communication skills, well-organized, and presentable
