Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Male Candidate Only Apply)

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma (IT / Computers)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, laptops, and desktop operating systems.
- Support primary desktop applications and perform operating system maintenance.
- Handle printer setup, maintenance, and end-user support.
- Manage day-to-day user shifting as per management requirements.
- Allocate standard hardware for new user onboarding and fulfill hardware requests with senior approval.
- Assist with third-party software and tokens (Tally, TDS, CDSL).
- Perform application and database backups.
- Format and set up laptops/desktops with standard software and join devices to the domain with proper user profile configuration.
- Support knowledge of stock market trading applications (preferred).
- Manage CCTV cameras.
- Flexible to work in any shift.
Key Skills
- Strong computer hardware and laptop troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in desktop operating systems and standard applications.
- Basic understanding of network devices and CCTV management.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
