Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will either be currently working in the Real Estate sector or open to making a career move into this dynamic industry. Candidates from Financial Services, Insurance, Automobile or EdTech backgrounds with a strong consultative sales approach are also welcome.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various channels (field visits, online leads, referrals, etc.)

·Understand client requirements and offer property solutions that align with their investment or residential needs

·Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cyclefrom lead generation to site visits and closing the deal

·Maintain long-term relationships by offering exceptional after-sales support and guidance

·Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners for smooth transaction execution

·Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

·Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)

·Minimum 1 year of client-facing sales experience in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, or EdTech

·Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits

·High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and customer orientation

·Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

 

Preferred:

 

·Prior experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or B2C financial product sales

·Familiarity with local property markets and buyer behavior
