Job Description
- Handling DRFs and their queries or rejections, Modification of demat details (CDAS), Demat account closure, waiver process, etc. Maintaining registers for compliance. Handaling stamp duty portal. Dispatching of DIS, CDSL letters and mainting records. Emaling holding and other reports on request of clients, RMS, APs. handling account closure process checker level. Taking care of all files uploading & Downloading morning and evening as well track the overdue status at the EOD CDAS system.
- Assisting in Internal Monthly Audit and CDSL yearly audit / RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE DATA TO INTERNAL AUDITOR AND CDSL INSPECTION OFFICER. SOLVE QURIES OF INTERNAL AUDITOR AND CDSL AUDIT
- Verification of Signature Credit/ Debit and Confirmation of client for DIS Execution (Includes Equities, Commodities). NERL, CCRL, Execution, stock transfer, pledge, unpledge, remat, redeemption, etc. DIS scanning.
- RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN RECORDS OF MODIFICATION, DRF PLEDGE ETC
- Attending client, AP, RMS, Branch head querries inperson, on call.
- TAKE CLIENT STCOK IN PLEDGE, RELEASE CLEINT STOCK FROM PLEDGE AS AND WHEN REQUIRE ALSO REPLEDGE STOCK TO THE CC(CLEARING CORPORATION) FOR EXPOSURE.
- CHECK AND DO ENTRY OF MODIFCATION RECEIVED BY CLIENTS IN TRADING BACK OFFICE,DP BACK OFFICE ALSO IN RESPECTIVE EXCHANGES.
- TOOK CONSISTANT FOLLOW UP WITH VENDOR FOR DEVELOPING ONLINE REKYC AND EKYC PORCESS
- RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN RECORDS OF MODIFICATION,DRF PLEDGE ETC
