Role Overview:
The Cluster Manager will manage multiple areas and lead large agency teams to drive overall business growth and agency network expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Senior Area Managers and their respective teams.
- Drive large-scale agent recruitment and agency development.
- Monitor cluster-level performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Build strong market presence and strengthen distribution channels.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance agency leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage multi-level teams.
- Able to handle a team size of 15 FLS.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
