Job Description – Grid Management & Brokerage Analyst
Position Title: Grid Management & Brokerage Analyst
Department: Operations / Strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update insurer brokerage GRID entries in SIBRO on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with insurance companies every month to collect updated brokerage structures, payout details, rewards, and commission grids.
- Prepare and maintain the centralized Master GRID File by the 1st of every month.
- Release updated Insurer Pay-in Master to Sales Heads and relevant stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in selecting suitable insurance products with better payout and income opportunities.
- Update POSP payout grids on a monthly basis and ensure accuracy.
- Validate brokerage GRID data against insurer brokerage statements and payout reports.
- Coordinate with insurers for correction of commission discrepancies, reward structures, and GRID mismatches.
- Maintain accurate records of insurer-wise commission structures and payout revisions.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal stakeholders for GRID-related updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of insurance brokerage and payout structures.
- Knowledge of SIBRO / brokerage management systems.
- Advanced Excel and data management skills.
- Good analytical and reconciliation abilities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data validation.
Preferred Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Brokerage Management, or GRID handling.
- Experience working with insurance companies and payout reconciliation.
