Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, travel arrangements, coordination, and administrative responsibilities with a high level of discretion and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and personal commitments
  • Track important milestones and events
  • Ensure effective time prioritization and reminders

Travel & Logistics Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Manage bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
  • Handle visa processing and related compliance

Stakeholder & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, guest visits, and events
  • Support corporate initiatives, gifting, and engagement activities
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Administration and Corporate Communication

Expense & Payment Management

  • Track and manage ongoing payments, billing, and expense records
  • Handle petty cash and coordinate with Accounts for timely processing

Confidential Support

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide dependable and discreet administrative support


Candidate Profile

🎓 Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Management / Hospitality / Administration)

Key Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion and reliability
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to manage dynamic and urgent requirements
