Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, travel arrangements, coordination, and administrative responsibilities with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and personal commitments
- Track important milestones and events
- Ensure effective time prioritization and reminders
✅ Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Manage bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
- Handle visa processing and related compliance
✅ Stakeholder & Event Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, guest visits, and events
- Support corporate initiatives, gifting, and engagement activities
- Liaise with internal teams such as Administration and Corporate Communication
✅ Expense & Payment Management
- Track and manage ongoing payments, billing, and expense records
- Handle petty cash and coordinate with Accounts for timely processing
✅ Confidential Support
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide dependable and discreet administrative support
Candidate Profile
🎓 Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Management / Hospitality / Administration)
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage dynamic and urgent requirements
